For Shopping + Delivery (Multi-Shop) tasks up to a strict limit of Rs. 1,000/-, the standard base fare is Rs. 200/-. The platform operates strictly as a recommendation directory connecting you with an independent Rider. Any cash advances or additional payments made to the Rider are purely a private transaction between the Customer and the Rider. The Company does not hold or manage shopping funds and bears ZERO legal or financial liability if a rider absconds, commits fraud, or mismanages direct funds. By placing an order, the Customer explicitly agrees that they handle direct payments at their own risk, and waives all rights to hold the platform responsible in any consumer court.

For all Shopping + Delivery (Multi-Shop) tasks, the final item bill amount will be based strictly on the official store/vendor receipt provided by the Rider upon delivery. The Customer agrees to pay the exact amount stated on the vendor's bill plus the platform's delivery charges, and cannot dispute or negotiate store-established prices with the platform or the Rider.

The Customer bears full and sole responsibility for ensuring that fragile items (glass, ceramics, electronics) are packed in a secure box with proper bubble wrap protection. The Rider reserves the absolute right to refuse pickup if bubble wrap is missing. In the event of transit damage due to inadequate or improper packaging by the sender, the Company accepts zero financial liability.

The Company maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards any verbal abuse, threats, harassment, or physical misbehavior by Customers towards our Riders or Support team. Any such incident will result in the immediate and permanent denial of service, and the Customer's WhatsApp/Phone number will be permanently blacklisted from booking any future deliveries on our platform. The Company also reserves the right to share the user's data with law enforcement or initiate police action if necessary.

Prohibited Items and Fraudulent Activity: PohnchaDo.com strictly prohibits the transport, delivery, or handling of any illegal substances, including but not limited to illicit drugs, weapons, unauthorized firearms, explosives, unsealed liquids, flammable materials, high-value physical currency, or any items banned by local laws. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their parcels comply with all legal regulations. Any attempt to use our services for fraudulent bookings, fake locations, or delivering illegal items will result in immediate and permanent account suspension. Furthermore, PohnchaDo.com reserves the right to cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies and report any suspicious or unlawful activity along with user details without prior notice.

We do not guarantee or promise a fixed delivery timeframe (such as 15 or 30 minutes). Delivery times are estimates only and vary depending on rider availability, operational shifts, traffic, and weather conditions. Especially for prescription or emergency Medicines, customers are advised to order well in advance, as delivery delays due to limited operational riders in specific areas like PWD Housing Society will not make the platform liable for any damages or emergencies.
